Role Overview:

The ideal candidate is a creative and results-driven professional with a strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing, lead generation, and B2B relationship-building. This position is equal parts strategy, execution, and relationship management—with a focus on growing market share and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Brand Awareness

- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation
- Create engaging content for email, social media, web, and print
- Manage website, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising campaigns
- Plan and represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and community initiatives

Business Development

- Identify, pursue, and secure recent business opportunities with property managers,



insurance adjusters, restoration consultants, and commercial clients
- Conduct outreach and presentations to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships and referral networks
- Track sales pipeline activity and conversion metrics

Strategic Initiatives

- Research market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy
- Support proposal writing, quoting, and client onboarding processes
- Collaborate with operations and project management to ensure excellent customer service and retention
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing tools, and social media platforms
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently and cross-functionally

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,186.15-$91,747.52 per year
