Attributes & Skills:





- Established track record of leasing and/or sales success in commercial real estate, with a minimum of 3-5 years experience

- Experienced in commercial sector product knowledge with submarket geographic expertise
- Self-motivated, goal oriented and entrepreneurial focused
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- High level of personal responsibility, dedication and honesty

A Day in the Life of an Associate:

- Prospecting new client relationships
- Preparing plans and analyses of clients’ properties or space needs and execution of those strategies
- Negotiating exclusive listing agreements, leasing and purchase and sales agreements
- Working with the marketing department for new listings, signage, e-communications
- Being a lifelong learner & committed to continuous skill development
