Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative/Assistant to join our Office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and employees, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. This role requires robust organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks alone and in a Team based office. Experience in Customer Service and Payroll are an asset

Duties

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform clerical tasks including data entry (Payroll and other) and filing to maintain accurate records.
- Utilize Microsoft word and Excel applications for documentation and communication purposes.
- Assist with appointment scheduling and confirmations.
- Proofread documents and communications to ensure accuracy before distribution.
- Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance processes and improve satisfaction.

Requirements





- Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in clerical duties including data entry and filing systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel required
- Ceridian Powerpay/Payroll experience is an asset
- Previous experience as a receptionist/administrator or a Customer Service setting is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and managing confidential information accurately and securely.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
