Classic Landscapes Lawn and Snow is expanding and seeking experienced Lawn and Snow Maintenance Crew Leads for full-time, year-round positions in Edmonton and the surrounding areas. As a company specializing in lawn and snow maintenance services for condominiums and commercial properties, we understand that our success is built upon the strength and collaboration of our team.

Position Overview:

As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team in the execution of various lawn and snow maintenance tasks, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Team Leadership: Direct and supervise crew members to efficiently complete daily tasks, ensuring adherence to company standards and safety protocols.
- Operational Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage daily workloads, including scheduling and resource allocation.
- Training and Development: Mentor and train crew members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance and proper use of equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working condition.
- Client Communication: Maintain consistent and timely communication with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction with services provided.

Work Schedule:

- Monday to Saturday: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within the lawn and snow maintenance industry, with a proven track record of managing teams and operations.
- Ability to drive truck and trailer
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to effectively manage time and resources.
- Licenses: A valid Class 5 driver's license is highly recommended.
