Job Summary:

Steel Roofing & Exterior Systems Installer (Experienced) – Bullarco Inc.

We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and experienced Steel Roofing & Exterior Systems Installer to join our team at Bullarco Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both exposed fastener and standing seam steel roofing systems, along with experience in soffit, fascia, eavestrough, and siding installations.

This is not an entry-level position — we are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, understand production expectations, and can perform at a high level with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Install steel roofing systems, including exposed fastener and standing seam panels
- Perform removal of existing roofing materials as required
- Install synthetic underlayments, strapping, and flashings
- Fabricate and install custom trims to specification
- Install eavestrough, soffit, fascia, and siding systems
- Ensure all work meets building code, manufacturer guidelines, and safety standards
- Diagnose and repair roofing and exterior issues when required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, crew members, and clients

Qualifications

- Proven experience installing steel roofing systems




- Proficient in both exposed fastener and standing seam applications
- Experience with soffit, fascia, eavestrough, and siding installation
- Experience with cedar shake and/or Enviroshake is a solid asset
- Strong understanding of roof ventilation, underlayments, flashing details, and exterior finishing systems
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Skilled with hand tools, power tools, metal shears, and brakes
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Working at Heights / Fall Protection certification (or willingness to obtain)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 50.0 per week
