Join a Studio That's Redefining the Pilates Experience
Aurora Pilates is a modern Reformer Pilates studio built around movement, community, and making Pilates accessible to everyone.
We believe exceptional results begin with an exceptional experience. From the moment a member walks through our doors, our goal is to ensure they feel welcomed, supported, challenged, and inspired—whether it's their very first class or their hundredth.
We're looking for energetic, people-focused individuals who are passionate about movement, wellness, and helping others thrive to join our team as an Alignment Coach.
Our Hybrid Studio Model
At Aurora Pilates, we've reimagined the traditional Pilates experience.
Our classes are led by highly trained virtual Pilates Instructors, while our Alignment Coaches are the dedicated in-studio professionals responsible for delivering the member experience.
This unique hybrid model combines the expertise and consistency of world-class virtual instruction with the personalized support, hands-on guidance, and human connection that can only be provided in person.
As the Alignment Coach, you are the face of Aurora Pilates during every class. You welcome members, provide individualized alignment coaching, ensure members are moving safely and confidently, create an energetic and supportive atmosphere, and help every person feel seen, encouraged, and successful.
The result is an experience that combines exceptional instruction with individualized attention, allowing our members to receive a level of care and support that sets Aurora Pilates apart.
The Role
As an Aurora Pilates Alignment Coach, you are responsible for delivering the complete in-studio experience.
While our virtual Pilates Instructor leads the class programming and instruction, you are the leader inside the studio. You create the energy, build relationships with members, provide individualized alignment coaching, ensure every class runs seamlessly, and maintain the welcoming, supportive environment that defines Aurora Pilates.
This role combines movement coaching, hospitality, relationship building, and studio operations. Every interaction contributes to the confidence, safety, and success of our members.
