Job Description:

Skills Required

- Hands-on experience with Managed File Transfer systems [Messageway / Seeburger experience would be added advantage]





- Candidate must have extensive knowledge of secure file transfer protocols, data integration, automation, and troubleshooting Messageway / Seeburger MFTP processes.

- Experience working with Messageway / Seeburger MFTP, or similar managed file transfer solutions. Strong understanding of secure file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS,HTTPs, etc.).

- Hands-on experience with Managed File Transfer systems [Messageway / Seeburger experience would be added advantage]

- Experience in automating file transfer workflows and monitoring tools.

- Knowledge of enterprise integrations and data exchange solutions.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong familiarity with Messageway / Seeburger Configuration and File Transfer Management.

- Experience with Linux/Unix and Windows Server environments.

- Knowledge of scripting languages like Shell, Python, or PowerShell for automation.

- Configured and maintain SSH keys for secure partner connection and PGP keys for encryption/decryption of sensitive files

Job Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, and maintain Messageway / Seeburger MFTP software for secure file transfers.

- Configure and manage transfer flows, queues, and channels for seamless data exchange.

- Implement and enforce secure file transfer protocols, including SFTP,FTP, and FTPS





- Automate file transfer workflows using Messageway / Seeburger MFTP automation tools.

- Monitor and resolve file transfer issues by reviewing logs, triggers ,and alerts.

- Ensure high availability and reliability of file transfer systems.

- Provide level 2/3 support for troubleshooting and resolving file transfer issues.

- Collaborate with internal teams (IT, DevOps, etc.) to ensure smooth file transfer operations.

- Perform root cause analysis on file transfer failures and implement corrective actions.

- Create a nd maintain detailed documentation for configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures.

- Windows OS server patching, coordinate maintenance activity, validate application functionality after OS patching"

Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
