Collections Agent (Junior to Senior)

Veritas Alliance Inc. is growing and looking to add Collections Agents at all experience levels, with a strong focus on experienced and senior-level performers.

What You’ll Do

- Manage and resolve delinquent accounts (consumer and/or commercial)
- Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements
- Communicate professionally with clients to drive resolution
- Handle escalations and more complex files (senior agents)
- Maintain accurate and compliant account documentation
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly performance targets

Who We’re Looking For

- All experience levels welcome (training provided for junior candidates)
- Senior agents (3+ years experience) strongly preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Results-driven with the ability to meet targets
- High attention to detail and professionalism
- Experience with legal collections, settlements, or insolvency (asset for senior candidates)

Compensation & Perks

- Base Salary:



$36,000 – $60,000 (based on experience)
- Uncapped commission + monthly performance bonuses
