Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets quality standards.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to build rapport and enhance their overall experience.
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to accurately process orders, payments, and cash handling transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; restock as needed to ensure smooth service.
- Follow all food safety protocols related to food handling and serving alcohol responsibly.
- Handle cash register operations efficiently, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for transactions.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate serving food orders when applicable,



ensuring timely delivery.
- Uphold excellent customer service standards by addressing guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist in training new team members on bar procedures, POS systems, and customer service expectations.

Skills

- Proven experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS; proficient in cashiering and cash handling procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
- Solid understanding of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours without compromising quality or service speed.
- Basic math skills necessary for accurate cash transactions, change calculation, and inventory management.
- Knowledge of the food industry trends, beverage recipes, and serving techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
- Hospitality background with experience in serving alcohol responsibly while ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
