Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Torch-On Roofer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience installing flat roofing systems, particularly SBS torch-on membranes.

This position requires a skilled roofer who understands proper membrane installation, flashing details, and safety procedures when working with torch equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Install SBS torch-on roofing systems
- Prepare roof surfaces including tear-off, insulation installation, and base sheet application
- Install cap sheets, flashing, and waterproofing details
- Work with metal flashing and roof penetrations
- Ensure proper sealing and finishing of roofing systems
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Follow all safety procedures when working with torch equipment
- Work efficiently as part of a roofing crew

Requirements

- Minimum 2–3 years experience with torch-on roofing systems
- Strong knowledge of flat roofing installation methods




- Ability to install base sheets, cap sheets, flashing, and roof details
- Comfortable working at heights
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in outdoor conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team workplace

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with commercial and residential flat roofing
- Experience with SBS systems and roof repairs
- Safety certifications (Working at Heights, Fall Protection, etc.)
