We're looking for an organized, energetic, and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our growing HR team.

Position Summary

The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for providing efficient, accurate, and confidential administrative support to the Human Resources department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys staying organized, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service.

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will support all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, payroll support, benefits administration, leave management, and employee records. You will play an integral role in ensuring HR processes run efficiently while supporting employees and leaders across the organization.

What You'll Do

- Prepare employment documentation, including offer letters, employment agreements, promotions, salary adjustments, and other HR correspondence.
- Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process for employees.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee files and HR records.
- Update and maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).




- Support payroll by ensuring employee changes are processed accurately and on time.
- Administer employee benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Assist with Short-Term Disability (STD), Long-Term Disability (LTD), WSIB/WCB, and leave administration.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, reference checks, and candidate communication.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and employment documentation.
- Prepare reports, track HR metrics, and assist with audits.
- Maintain HR calendars and monitor key deadlines.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and other HR projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and administrative efficiency.

What You'll Bring

- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of Human Resources or administrative experience.
- Working knowledge of Ontario employment legislation.
- Experience with an HRIS (Dayforce experience is considered an asset).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.




- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Strong customer service mindset with a collaborative approach.
- CHRP designation or working toward designation is considered an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
