Job Summary

Duties

- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with food safety regulations




- Assist with upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely order completion and customer satisfaction

Experience

- Previous food preparation or food service experience required;
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Experience in cashiering or cash handling enhances your ability to succeed in this role
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in a restaurant environment
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for order processing and cash transactions are essential
