Duties

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide information about services, amenities, and local attractions to guests
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience
- Maintain accurate records of guest reservations and billing details




- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure seamless service
- Keep the front desk area organized, tidy, and welcoming at all times
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments or managing correspondence as needed

Requirements

- Previous experience in hotel front desk or hospitality roles is preferred but not required
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a rapid-paced environment
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and guest service software is advantageous
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and guest relations best practices is desirable

Pay: $15.06-$17.00 per hour
