CP Mechanical / Pardy’s Waste Management is hiring a skilled Journeyman Truck & Trailer Mechanic to join our team in Mount Pearl, NL.

- Full-time, permanent position (Typically Monday-Friday, 7am-530pm, Overtime paid after 8 hours)

What you’ll do - Diagnose, repair, and maintain medium and heavy-duty trucks and trailers
- Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections
- Complete Provincial Motor Vehicle Inspections
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Interpret work orders and technical manuals
- Complete accurate service documentation
- Communicate repair needs and updates with supervision
What you bring - Red Seal Journeyman Truck & Transport Technician or equivalent experience (required)
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license (Class 1 or 3 is an asset)




- 6 years’ experience with medium/heavy-duty trucks (preferred)
- Robust diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with engine diagnostics and computerized systems (asset)
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
