Richmond Property Management is a growing property management firm overseeing residential and mixed-use properties across Windsor and surrounding areas. We are seeking a motivated and professional Leasing Agent to join our team and support our continued growth.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and comfortable working in a quick-paced environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys sales, real estate, and working directly with prospective tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person and virtual property showings
- Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Screen prospective tenants (applications, references, documentation)
- Coordinate lease signings and move-in processes
- Maintain accurate leasing records and update internal systems
- Work closely with property management and maintenance teams to ensure units are rent-ready
- Market available units on platforms all rental websites
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current tenants
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in leasing, real estate, sales, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet leasing targets
- Comfortable using property management software and basic computer tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
