Maidless is one of British Columbia's fastest-growing residential cleaning companies. We're expanding into Ontario and looking for a driven Operations Manager to build and run our presence there from the ground up. This is a ground-floor opportunity with real ownership.

Duties

- Recruit, onboard, and manage independent cleaning contractors across Ontario
- Coordinate scheduling, dispatch, and job assignments through our platform
- Conduct quality checks and handle customer escalations
- Build relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction
- Work directly with company leadership to resolve operational issues
- Help grow the Ontario market through referrals and local presence

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in operations, field management, or a service-based industry
- Solid organizational skills — able to manage multiple jobs and people simultaneously
- Self-starter who can operate independently
- Experience in cleaning, hospitality, or home services is a strong asset
- Comfortable with digital tools (scheduling software, email, messaging)
- Identify areas for process improvement; develop and implement solutions that enhance workflow, reduce costs, and improve service quality.




- Collaborate with sales teams to support revenue growth through strategic operational support and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements across all operational areas.

Requirements

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or operations management with a track record of leading successful teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with supervising experience in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement actionable solutions for continuous improvement.
- A proactive mindset with energetic enthusiasm for driving organizational success.
