TWO POSITIONS AVAILABLE IN: COQUITLAM & PORT COQUITLAM

Do you have administrative experience in a physiotherapy clinic or similar office setting? Or do you have the skills and are eager to learn? Our group of Physiotherapy clinics is looking to fill two full-time and part-time roles with a reliable, detail-oriented Front Office Admin.

You will work closely with our Office Manager and our amazing team of therapists. If you enjoy a friendly atmosphere, are a quick learner and have a keen eye for detail then this could be the job for you!

The ideal candidates will be able to work a mixture of mornings and evenings Monday through Friday as well as Saturdays on occasion and would be open to putting in extra hours when needed for sick and vacation coverage. (Typically 4-5 shifts per week ranging from 25-32 hours)

Your Main Responsibilities Include:

- Booking appointments
- Billing and Processing payments
- Ensuring clinic cleanliness
- Maintaining detailed confidential client records
- Liaising with third party insurers

A Suitable Candidate Will:





- Have previous job experience as an Office Assistant or in Administration or similar
- Be proficient with computers systems (EMR or JaneApp knowledge an asset)
- Be able to Multi-task and work well on their own
- Be personable, professional & attentive to detail
- Be reliable, trustworthy and hard-working
