Duties

- Create engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development
- Support children with disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized care to ensure inclusive participation
- Foster a safe, welcoming workplace by supervising children at all times and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the classroom
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members to support each child's unique needs and progress
- Implement educational programs aligned with early childhood education standards and best practices
- Assist with daily routines such as meal times, nap times, and hygiene practices to promote healthy habits




- Document observations of children's development to inform ongoing planning and communicate progress to families

Experience

- Prior classroom experience working with young children in early childhood settings or similar environments
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs, demonstrating patience and adaptability
- Strong background in caregiving roles that involve nurturing and supporting children's physical and emotional well-being
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles, including developmental milestones and age-specific activities
- Proven ability to create inclusive learning environments that accommodate diverse abilities and backgrounds
- Excellent communication skills for engaging effectively with children, families, and team members

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
