Job Description
Insight Global is looking for several Agentic Software Engineers based in Canada to join a large HCM company on a 6 month contract to support a government-focused vulnerability remediation program.
The successful candidates will be supporting the an access management enhancement project and will be responsible for building agents and agentic workflows by cross-collaborating with several scrum teams across the greater technology organization.
Previous experience working as a software engineer and recent experience creating agents/agentic workflows using tools such as Codex and MS CoPilot is essential to succeed in this role.
Candidates must be able to hit the ground running to meet urgent deadlines.

Skills and Requirements
- 3-5 years experience working as a software developer at an enterprise level
- 1-2 years experience creating agents using chatGPT Codex,and/or MS CoPilot
- Professional experience creating agents and agentic workflows
- Knowledge of AI governance standards when creating agents
- Previous experience coding with C# and .NET for code patches, SQL Server, understanding SQL scripts, and hands-on experience with REST API calling
- Strong understanding of containerized applications with Kubernetes/Docker for agentic modeling
- Excellent communication skills, collaboration skills, and eagerness to work on challenging projects - Previous experience with Java and Python OOP
