Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Technology Lead / Specialist to support cloud and AI-driven initiatives across a large enterprise banking environment.
This role sits at the intersection of cloud, data, and AI, acting as a technical leader and single point of contact for multiple business partners.

The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded technologist who can both operate hands-on when needed and lead initiatives across complex, highly regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Delivery
• Act as a technical lead and SME across cloud and AI platform initiatives
• Provide oversight, direction, and guidance across multiple applications and projects
• Ensure solutions are built, deployed, and operationalized successfully
• Support and guide teams responsible for ongoing platform support and enhancement
Cloud & AI Platform Ownership
• Contribute to the design and delivery of cloud-based (AWS) data and AI platforms
• Work within environments leveraging tools such as AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, and Redshift
• Support development and implementation of AI/LLM-based capabilities, including:
o Prompt engineering
o LLM frameworks
o Vector search and retrieval-based systems
Hands-On Technical Contribution
• Leverage Python and SQL to:
o Support data workflows
o Validate and analyze datasets
o Assist with integration and troubleshooting
• Maintain the ability to be hands-on when required, while balancing leadership responsibilities
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
• Act as the single point of contact for business partners across multiple portfolios
• Collaborate with technology leadership, architects, and compliance teams
• Drive alignment across teams and ensure initiatives move forward efficiently
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Governance, Risk & Compliance
• Work within a highly regulated banking environment, ensuring:
o Adherence to security,



compliance, and governance standards
o Proper documentation, intake processes, and approvals
• Partner with audit, risk, and compliance teams where required

Skills and Requirements
• 8–10+ years of experience in technology roles (cloud, data, or AI-focused)
• Strong experience working with AWS cloud platforms (e.g., Bedrock, SageMaker, Redshift)
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM technologies (prompt engineering, vector search, LLM frameworks)
• Proficiency in Python and working knowledge of SQL
• Experience building and/or supporting cloud-based data or AI platforms
• Robust communication skills with the ability to interface with senior stakeholders
• Experience working in complex, highly regulated environments (financial services preferred) • Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC)
• Exposure to Microsoft environments (e.g., Copilot)
• Experience supporting data analytics platforms or audit-related initiatives
