Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Packer to join our manufacturing team. This role involves preparing products for shipment by carefully packaging items in accordance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in packaging within the manufacturing or food industry, with a strong focus on sanitation and food safety protocols. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and efficiency are highly valued.

Duties

- Package products accurately according to specifications, ensuring proper labeling and sealing
- Handle materials with care to prevent damage during packaging and transportation
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas following food safety standards
- Assist in the preparation of products for shipping, including stacking and organizing packages
- Follow all safety guidelines related to food processing, meat cutting, and sanitation procedures
- Operate basic mechanical equipment used in packaging processes
- Support quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards before shipment




- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines efficiently
- Working in -4 degree temperature

Skills

- Experience in Packaging, Manufacturing, or Food Industry environments preferred
- Knowledge of Food Safety regulations and Sanitation practices
- Familiarity with Butchery or Meat Cutting processes is a plus
- Understanding of Food Processing techniques and standards
- Mechanical knowledge for operating and troubleshooting packaging equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining high-quality standards
- Good communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions
