We are building a fast-growing platform that is changing the way businesses, seniors, and homeowners find trusted temporary and short-term help.

Using newly developed technology, we are creating a smarter, faster, and more reliable way for businesses to access vetted workers when they need them most for short term assignments.

We are looking for an experienced, highly driven B2B Sales Leader who wants more than just another sales job.

This is an opportunity to help build and shape a company from the ground up while creating meaningful impact in communities across Canada and beyond.

What You’ll Do

- Develop and grow strategic partnerships with businesses, Home Care Companies and related organizations
- Generate new B2B sales opportunities and close memberships and partnership agreements
- Help shape the company’s growth strategy and expansion plans
- Build systems, processes, and sales strategies that can scale nationally
- Work directly with leadership on business development initiatives
- Identify market opportunities and help pivot strategy when necessary
- Represent the company professionally in meetings, networking events, and presentations
- Help recruit and mentor future sales team members as the company grows

Who We’re Looking For

You are someone who:

- Has several years of proven B2B sales experience
- Is confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Understands partnerships, relationship-building, and long-term growth
- Thinks like an entrepreneur and problem solver
- Is adaptable and able to pivot quickly in a startup setting
- Wants to help build something meaningful and scalable
- Is motivated by growth, leadership opportunities, and long-term upside




- Is willing to sacrifice some short-term compensation for major future opportunity and impact
- Can work independently while helping lead a growing organization

Experience in any of the following is considered a strong asset:

- Recruiting
- Healthcare
- Staffing
- Marketplace platforms
- SaaS or technology sales
- Community-based services

Compensation

Compensation structure will be discussed with qualified candidates and may include:

- THIS IS A PERFORMANCE BASE compensation with the opportunity to earn above average incomes with long term residuals.
- The opportunity to earn excellent Performance bonuses
- Revenue-sharing opportunities
- Long-term growth incentives and/or equity participation
