Position: Store Manager

Immediate Reports: Assistant Store Manager and Sales Associates

Responsibilities:

•* Achieve requested sales results and manage store tasks*

•* Adhere to Visual plans and use good judgment for product placement to achieve best sales*

•* Recruit, hire and train the skills of an Assistant Store Manager for eventual promotion to Store Manager*

•* Monitor trends in cooking and tabletop items*

•* Follow marketing guidelines for the implementation of various promotions*

Skills:

•* 3-5+ years of retail management*

•* Demonstrates exceptional customer service*

•* Ability to manage staff*

•* Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with employees and the public*

•* Ability to work in a team workplace*
