Overview

The Machine Operator/ Packer follows all W. Ralston (Canada) Inc. policies and procedures, including the above-listed Work Instructions. The Machine Operator maintains the quality and integrity of the production line, and must be able to comprehend the paperwork involved, as well as the physical operation of the machines, including: manual packaging, automated packaging, and bag and roll machines.

We do operate 24/7; shifts are 12 hours in length from 8 am-8 pm or 9 pm- 8 am on a rotating basis.

The ability to work in a quick-paced environment, lifting to 60lbs, physically demanding, manual dexterity, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, Standing for extended periods, a combination of sitting, standing, walking.
