Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional food service experiences. Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
- Ensure all food handling practices adhere to safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Maintain cleanliness of work stations, utensils, and cooking equipment throughout shifts
- Serve dishes promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow proper food safety procedures during meal preparation and service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours




- Assist with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying management of shortages

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong understanding of food handling procedures and sanitation practices
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings as needed
- Passion for delivering high-quality meals and exceptional customer service
