Operations Manager – Pennies (Toronto, ON)

Location: Downtown Toronto
Hours: Full-time, 40–45 hours/week
Core Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10am–6pm
Vacation: 2 weeks paid
Salary: $60,000–$70,000 CAD annually

What You’ll Do

- Manage event bookings and large group reservations with precision and flair
- Oversee inventory and ordering, ensuring we’re always stocked and ready
- Lead staff scheduling to keep operations smooth and efficient
- Collaborate with ownership on systems, processes, and creative initiatives
- Keep our restaurants running with energy and order
