We need sporty, fun-loving, responsible, creative, and energetic people to join our team at Shaughnessy Point Grey Out of School Care Centre.

We are big believers in making work fun, encouraging positive team energy, and enjoying the gratifying nature of our work. Our goal is to build strong relationships amongst our team members and provide the children we serve opportunities to grow and be challenged - creating lasting memories as we go!

We care for children aged 5 - 12 by providing a safe place to stay, caring people to look out for them and stimulating things to do. We practice yoga, we act, we garden, we play, we knit, we sew, we cook, we create amazing artwork and we teach some key life values at the same time.

Job description

Position Available: Out of School Care Leader

Rate of pay: Start at $22.66/hour.

Wage negotiable depending on experience.

Qualifications: Current First Aid Certification, experience with children in a similar setting, strong leadership, teamwork and organization skills,



transparent criminal record check, positive references. Applicants must be 19 years or older. PLEASE INCLUDE COVER LETTER TELLING US A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU :)

Work hours:

School-Year Part Time: Sept - June shifts are 3pm - 6pm Monday to Friday with occasional morning shifts available 7:30 - 9:30am and full days during school breaksand professional days. Team members must be available for a minimum of two shifts per week.

Full Time: July - August shifts are 10am - 6pm Monday to Friday
