LARGE FORMAT PRINT PRODUCTION LEAD

Axe Media Group is looking for an experienced Large Format Print Production Lead to join our print, signage, and event production team.

This is a hands-on, multi-hat production role. You will typically move between several tasks throughout the day — preparing files on the computer, printing, die cutting, laminating, trimming, finishing, organizing jobs, troubleshooting, and assisting with other production needs.

This is not a desk job and you will rarely spend an entire day working on the computer.

*WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR*

- Professional experience in large format printing, signage, vinyl, or print production.
- Experience operating printers, laminators, cutters, and related equipment.
- Knowledge of prepress, print-ready artwork, vinyl, substrates, and finishing.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop experience.
- Comfortable working hands-on and switching between different production tasks throughout the day.

Mimaki printers and RasterLink experience are strong assets.

*HOURS*

Hours fluctuate depending on production volume and event schedules.

During slower periods, hours may be approximately 20–30 hours per week. During busy periods, hours may increase to approximately 40–50 hours per week,



including occasional evenings or weekends.

Flexibility is important for this position.

*COMPENSATION & OPPORTUNITY*

$24–$28/hour based on experience and skill level.
