Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled 310S Technician with 3+ years as a Licensed 310S Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive repair, electrical, diagnostics and maintenance, with hands-on experience. The Technician will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and teaching apprentices repairs, and ensuring that all work meets our high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair automotive systems including check engine light, engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot complex electrical & mechanical issues
- Help teach other apprentices and employees how to repair and diagnose vehicles
- Conduct assembly of automotive components as required
- Perform heavy lifting as necessary to complete repairs and maintenance tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Use a tablet to document all findings and required repairs on a digital inspection

Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience is highly preferred
- Strong electrical and diagnostic knowledge with hands-on mechanic experience




- Familiarity with automotive repair processes and maintenance procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to read schematics accurately
- Willingness to perform heavy lifting as required by job duties
