We are currently seeking an experienced and professional individual to join our team in a full-time capacity. You will be responsible for developing new business and revenue streams, and creating new relationships to drive company revenue in the non-ferrous metal recycling industry.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain new business
- Work with our VP of Business Development to establish sales territories, quotas and goals
- Research potential clients to learn how to best offer quotes and services
- Use market data to create enticing and up to date quotes using our CRM
- Source new customers and opportunities through multiple channels, door to door, phone, email and social media
- Attend and participate in industry events, associations, and trade-shows

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a construction or technical sales role
- Previous experience in sales with a proven track record of success
- Excellent computer skills - Microsoft Office, Teams, Email
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Solid customer service qualities
- Ability to build instant rapport with clients
- Excellent time management skills
- The ability to creatively solve problems
- Honest and transparent approach to customer communication
- Familiar with plumbing / electrical / construction terminology
- Excels at working in a fast-paced, team-based environment




- Comfortable making cold calls in person and over the phone
- Self-starter

Remuneration:

$75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
