We are looking for a lead dispatcher who will be responsible for planning, booking, and communicating with customers & border officials.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, Coordinate and Monitor inbound/outbound reefer shipments.
- Handle customer inquiries in a timely and skilled manner.
- Call customers to inform them about any shipment delays and/or deliver information
- Solve problems for drivers and customers, update each party as required
- Ensuring accuracy of forms and documentation
- Timely data entry
- Assist with data compliance
- Responsible for communication to drivers and customers
- Tracing and updating various information throughout the dispatch system

Requirements:





- Minimum of 3-year experience as a dispatcher.
- Manage Reefer Loads with precision
- Knowledge about the rates for FTL or LTL on various lanes of the USA
- Temperature controlled/ dry product experience is must in all lanes of USA
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing environment.
- Good command of MS Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brampton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- dispatching: 3 years (preferred)
