We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Foreman to oversee and manage a maintenance route . The ideal candidate will be responsible for and maintaining various aspects of our sites
As a Lead Maintenance, you will be in charge of supervising a team, ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead and direct a team of maintenance staff in daily tasks
- Perform hands-on maintenance work including
- Plan and direct grounds maintenance crew
- Mow, Trim, Prune, and maintain sites in a weed free condition
- Submit Daily Reports of Each Sites
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure all sites are well-maintained
- Supervise irrigation systems to ensure proper functioning
- Train new maintenance team members on procedures and safety protocols
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in and general maintenance tasks
- Knowledge of techniques and best practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively
- Experience with irrigation systems and garden care
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
