We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Spa Associate to join our team (must be able to work weekends). The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to clients, assist with product sales, and ensure a welcoming environment. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic spa setting where communication skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for wellness are highly valued. Bilingual skills and experience in retail or customer service are a plus. The Spa Associate will play a key role in enhancing client satisfaction and promoting our spa services and products.

Responsibilities

- Greet clients warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit

-Assist clients with product selections, demonstrations, and upselling additional services or products

-Manage POS transactions, including cash handling and processing payments accurately

-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail area and treatment rooms

-Promote spa packages, memberships, and special offers to maximize sales opportunities

- Schedule appointments and manage client bookings efficiently using available technology systems

-Uphold professional phone etiquette when handling inquiries or appointment bookings

Previous experience in retail sales,



customer service, or hospitality is preferred Knowledge of wellness products or spa services is a plus but not required; training will be provided Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting Ability to demonstrate product demos and perform technical sales when needed Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply for enhanced communication with diverse clients
