Duties

- Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment in compliance with health regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and explain treatment procedures clearly
- Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education to enhance skills and knowledge
Experience
- Proven experience as a Registered Massage Therapist or similar role in a clinical or spa setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and massage therapy techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Excellent communication skills for explaining treatments and addressing client questions
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
- Certification from a recognized massage therapy program and registration with relevant licensing boards or associations
