Responsibilities

- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas with precision and efficiency
- Change linens, make beds, dust surfaces, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and replenish supplies to uphold cleanliness standards
- Perform detailed floor care including sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest safety
- Follow established health and safety protocols to create a secure setting for guests and staff
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure availability and proper maintenance




- Support team members in maintaining overall cleanliness of the hotel premises during busy periods

Qualifications

- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and sanitation standards in hospitality settings
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and manual dexterity
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and custodial practices is advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Prior experience in hospitality or hotel environments demonstrates understanding of guest service expectations
- Housekeeping management experience is a plus for those interested in supervisory roles
