Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Eyelash Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing the beauty of our clients while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming experience. Your expertise in eyelash application and retail sales will contribute to the overall success of our salon.

Duties

- Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications, ensuring client satisfaction with every service.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling payments.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on industry trends,



techniques, and products to continually improve skills and service offerings.

Experience

- Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of eyelash extension techniques, products, and aftercare.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Experience in upselling services or products in a retail environment is a plus.
- A background in customer service is essential for creating a positive salon atmosphere.
- Previous front desk experience is beneficial but not required.
