Job Description
The PAM Manager is responsible for leading privileged access management engagements from strategy through implementation while serving as a trusted advisor to clients.

This individual will oversee project delivery, mentor consultants, support business development activities, and provide subject matter expertise across CyberArk and broader identity security initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end PAM engagements, including project planning, delivery oversight, stakeholder management, and client satisfaction.
Provide strategic and technical guidance on CyberArk implementations, PAM transformations, and identity security programs.
Conduct executive workshops, maturity assessments, roadmap development, and target-state architecture discussions.
Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, resource allocation, and delivery teams.
Mentor and develop consultants and senior consultants within the IAM practice.
Serve as the primary client point of contact and trusted advisor for PAM-related initiatives.
Support practice growth through proposal development, SOW creation, RFP responses, demos, and pursuit activities.
Contribute to thought leadership, alliance relationships, and market-facing initiatives.

Skills and Requirements
7+ years of IAM/PAM experience with deep expertise in Privileged Access Management.
3+ years of people leadership and client engagement management experience.
Strong hands-on CyberArk experience, including implementation and advisory engagements.
Experience leading PAM programs involving:
Privileged Account Management
Privileged Session Management
Endpoint Privilege Management
Secrets Management
Cloud Privileged Access Controls
Strong understanding of Identity Governance, Zero Trust principles, cloud security, and identity lifecycle management.
Experience developing strategy, operating models, transformation roadmaps, and target-state architectures.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with executive and technical stakeholders.
Experience managing project budgets, delivery teams, and complex client relationships.

Experience with CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust, HashiCorp Vault, and Microsoft Entra PIM.
Experience integrating PAM solutions with SailPoint, Saviynt, ServiceNow, and Entra ID.
Experience with Azure, AWS, and GCP environments.
CyberArk certifications (Defender, Sentry, CDE, Guardian) and/or CISSP, CISM, CCSP.
Previous consulting or professional services experience.
