Job Description
We are seeking an Intermediate ServiceNow Developer with 3–5 years of experience developing and customizing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting, and enhancing ServiceNow applications while supporting enterprise-wide business initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, development best practices, integrations, and scripting.

They will work independently on moderately complex development efforts while collaborating with stakeholders, performing code reviews, supporting integrations, and mentoring junior developers when required.

Skills and Requirements
Experience & Platform Knowledge

3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and development best practices
Proven experience developing and customizing solutions on the ServiceNow platform
Experience designing and implementing workflows, integrations, and custom applications

ServiceNow Modules Experience

ITSM
ITOM
ITAM
CSM
GRC
HRSD / HR Management

Certifications

Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) OR Certified Integration Specialist
Minimum of two ServiceNow Micro-Certifications, such as:

Application Developer – Process Creator
Application Developer – User Interface Creator
Integration Hub
Service Portal
Predictive Intelligence

Technical Skills

Strong JavaScript scripting experience
Hands-on experience with GlideRecord API, Ajax, and Jelly
Experience developing and consuming REST and SOAP web services
Knowledge of ServiceNow APIs

Development & Quality

Experience troubleshooting and resolving ServiceNow defects/issues
Experience performing code reviews and ensuring development quality standards
Ability to develop custom solutions and integrations independently

Ways of Working

Experience working in Agile environments • Familiarity with Service Portal concepts
• Ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate discussions with decision makers
• Robust strategic thinking and interpersonal skills
• Experience working within a large enterprise or matrix organization
