BCAA is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a team of roadside automotive technicians.

This role combines people leadership, performance management, technical credibility, and occasional field support to ensure a high-performing roadside assistance operation.

Skills and Requirements
• Red Seal Automotive Technician certification
• Experience leading frontline teams (Supervisor, Foreman, Lead Technician, Shop Manager)
• Strong coaching and performance management abilities (manage KPI)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
Hands-on technical experience
