Job description

The Role

– Process policies and documentation in a timely manner
– Administrative support to managers and underwriters as required
– Contribute to building robust broker relationships by providing excellent customer service
– Work effectively towards the goals of the team
– Perform other general duties, as required

Job Qualifications

– Excellent customer service skills




– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Proficient computer skills
– Excellent organization and time management skills
– Ability to prioritize tasks and work within a quick-paced environment
– Professional and personable
– Demonstrates an interest in learning and building career in the Insurance Industry
– Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Education and Experience

– Post-secondary education an asset
– CIP an asset or willingness to enroll in classes
– Previous experience in the insurance industry an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
