What's the opportunity?
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis, covering a maternity leave. In this role, you'll help clients sign up for service, resolve any issues they have, and support our mission of providing property care services that give our clients their time back.

Contract: This is a fixed-term contract covering a maternity leave. There may be potential for extension or transition to a permanent role depending on business needs at the time.

Location: Toronto (Hybrid)

Base pay range: $24.00 – $25.50 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide amazing front-line service to Mr. Mow It All clients
- Respond to incoming emails, text messages, and phone calls
- Assist crews by liaising and passing information between clients and crews
- Resolve customer complaints (1st level)
- Onboard recent clients
- Schedule jobs
- Send Welcome Packages, Thank-you notes, Lead Letters, etc.
- Manage and maintain records in our Enterprise management system




- Assist with preparing proposals and site maps
- Other duties as may be required

Qualifications:

- 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong knowledge of Toronto neighborhoods
- Landscape and snow removal industry experience would be an asset
- Sales experience would be an asset
- A Business Administration diploma or equivalent would be an asset
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Customer orientation and strong relationship-building skills
