Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic, motivated and customer-oriented market associate to join our team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers while promoting our products and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to manage time effectively in a retail setting.

Duties

- Set up market stall with pop-up tents, tables, banner, table cloths, signage, buckets of pre-wrapped bouquets and other flower products.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
- Provide knowledgeable information about products to enhance customer experience.
- Operate the POS system efficiently, handling transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the market stall and product displays.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.




- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance performance.
- Tear down booth at the end of the day, loading items back into vehicle.

Experience

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in English and some knowledge of French is an asset. Multilingual skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service and fostering positive relationships with customers.

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
