International Kids Runway (IKR) is looking for event staff to support our Toronto fashion event.

We are looking for responsible, friendly, and patient team members who enjoy working with children and families. Previous event experience is preferred.

July and August/ TBA, 2026
Location: Toronto

Responsibilities

- Assist with model and family check-in
- Guide children and parents during the audition process
- Help maintain order at the venue
- Support backstage / waiting area coordination
- Help with setup, cleanup, and general event flow

Requirements

- Must be responsible, punctual, and professional
- Friendly, kind, and patient with children and parents
- Able to communicate clearly with families and team members




- Able to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced event workplace
- Previous event, children’s activity, fashion show, performance, or customer service experience is preferred

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is organized, calm under pressure, and enjoys helping events run smoothly. Since this is a children’s event, patience and a positive attitude are very important.
