Duties

- Contribute to all food preparation activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery
- Prepare ingredients, sauces, and pre-cooked components for menu items with precision and consistency
- Assist in cooking dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep station, adhering to strict food safety guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, communicating needs for restocking
- Support the overall food service process by ensuring smooth workflow during busy hours

Requirements





- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a line cook within a restaurant or food service environment
- Strong knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices
- Excellent skills in meal preparation and cooking techniques across various cuisines
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role in a kitchen setting an asset
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with serving protocols and customer service standards in the food industry
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks effectively
