Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative and Auto Glass Technician in training! You will assist customers with their auto glass needs, provide friendly support, and learn the fundamentals of auto glass installation and repair. Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly, listen carefully to their concerns, and provide clear explanations of services offered
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing customer inquiries both in person and over the phone
- Support the auto glass installation process by preparing work areas and handling tools with care
- Learn to use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment necessary for auto glass repair and replacement




- Perform heavy lifting of auto glass components safely and efficiently during installations or repairs
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety standards at all times
- Support senior technicians in performing basic automotive repairs related to glass installation as part of your training

Skills

- Previous dealership or automotive service experience is a plus but not required; eagerness to learn is essential
- Basic mechanical knowledge or familiarity with auto repair processes highly valued
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and other mechanical equipment
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks involving manual labor
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Mechanical experience or mechanic background helps in understanding vehicle structures and repair procedures, but not required
- Willingness to learn new skills quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
