Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes in a quick-paced environment. This role requires a passion for food, excellent food handling skills, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining safety standards. Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
- Ensure all food is cooked properly and presented attractively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene
- Serve dishes promptly and courteously to guests or servers
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Strong understanding of meal preparation and food industry practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
