The Position

We are currently seeking a Lead Pressure Washer - Technician to join our team! The successful applicant will be responsible for interior and exterior painting projects throughout our operating areas, including Langley and Surrey and beyond. This position starts immediately.

Your primary duties will typically include:

- All prep work that is required on exterior pressure washing projects
- Operating lifts and extension ladders
- Leading crews and helpers
- De-mossing roofs, cleaning gutters, cleaning windows, soft washing houses, and pressure washing driveways
- experienced exterior cleaning technician.

Qualifications:

- At least 1 to 3 years' experience and technical knowledge of pressure washing
- Experience leading crews
- Experienced exterior cleaning technician.




- Should be able to pickup a power washer, soft washer, window cleaning gear, etc. and know exactly how to use it.
- Motivated, driven, and flexible in your approach to day-to-day operations
- Well-developed work ethic and uncompromising reliability - your word is your bond
- Comfortable with moderate heights
- Valid BC driver license
- Availability for some Saturdays
- Flexible attitude with regard to performing duties for other parts of our business
- Previous experience estimating painting projects is an asset
- Career-focused
- Desire to learn about our business and advancing into more senior roles
- You love working outdoors and have at least ONE season of experience in exterior cleaning (or a similar related home services industry - painting, landscaping, window cleaning, etc. etc.)
- You MUST be comfortable working on extension ladders (24 ft & 32 ft)
