SECURITY GUARD – JEWISH SCHOOL

Syncro Security Inc. is currently hiring a reliable and professional Full-Time Security Guard for a Jewish school in North York.

Position Details

- Location: North York, ON – Bathurst St. area
- Start Date: September 1, 2026
- Position: Full-Time Security Guard
- Pay Rate: $18.50/hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 8:30 AM–8:00 PM
- Occasional Sundays: Based on operational requirements

Requirements

- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
- 1–2 years of security experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good judgment, situational awareness, and common sense
- Own vehicle and reliable transportation required
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Ability to interact professionally with students, staff, visitors, and school administration
- Ability to remain calm and professional during incidents or emergencies




- Previous tactical security experience is an asset

Responsibilities

- Conduct regular patrols of the school property and surrounding areas
- Monitor activity and report suspicious or unauthorized activity
- Monitor and document movements on site
- Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies
- Contact emergency services when required
- Prepare transparent and accurate incident reports
- Assist with and monitor student arrival and dismissal procedures
- Maintain a visible security presence and help ensure a safe environment
- Follow all site-specific procedures, client instructions, and company policies
- Communicate promptly with supervisors and management regarding concerns or incidents

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Work Location: In person
