Arro Wellness is looking for a Registered Psychotherapist to build a long-term practice within our multidisciplinary clinic.

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of the clinic, grow a consistent caseload, and work alongside other healthcare professionals while maintaining independence over their clinical practice.

You are:

- Warm, professional, and easy for patients to connect with.
- Evidence-informed and patient-centred.
- Interested in building a consistent private caseload.
- Reliable with scheduling, documentation, and follow-up.
- Comfortable receiving and making referrals within a multidisciplinary clinic.
- Interested in becoming a visible and active part of the Arro Wellness team.

Areas of practice may include:

- Anxiety and stress.
- Depression.
- Burnout.
- Trauma.
- Grief.
- Relationships.
- Life transitions.
- Chronic pain and health-related stress.
- Sports performance and performance psychology.

A defined area of interest or specialty is an asset.

Requirements





- Registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario or College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario.
- Skilled liability insurance.
- Ability to commit to at least two consistent clinical blocks per week.
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills.

RP Qualifying applicants may be considered if appropriate external supervision is already in place.

Pay: $51.51-$133.21 per hour
