Position Summary
Behaviour Learning Innovations is seeking compassionate, motivated, and enthusiastic Supervised Instructor Therapists (SITs) to join our growing clinical team.
Working under the clinical supervision of a Registered Behaviour Analyst (Ontario), you will provide direct ABA intervention to children and youth while implementing individualized treatment plans designed to promote communication, social interaction, adaptive behaviour, emotional regulation, and independence.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement individualized ABA programs developed by the supervising Behaviour Analyst.
- Provide one-to-one intervention in home, school, and community settings.
- Collect accurate behavioural and skill acquisition data using electronic data collection systems.
- Implement behaviour support and safety plans with fidelity.
- Teach communication, social, play, adaptive, emotional regulation, and daily living skills.
- Support caregiver training and implementation of intervention strategies under clinical supervision.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary professionals.
- Complete session documentation and clinical notes in a timely manner.
- Participate in team meetings, clinical supervision, and ongoing professional development.
- Maintain professional, ethical, and confidential service delivery in accordance with organizational policies and applicable professional standards.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in one of the following (or a related discipline):
◦ Autism and Behavioural Science
◦ Psychology
◦ Child and Youth Care
◦ Behavioural Science
◦ Developmental Services Worker
◦ Social Service Worker
◦ Early Childhood Education
◦ Special Education
- Experience working with children or youth.
- Valid Ontario Driver's Licence.
- Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel throughout Greater Sudbury and surrounding communities.
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Current Standard First Aid and CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain).
Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
